Scalextric C7005 Sport Digital Conversion Chip For Cars Without Trapdoors (non DPR cars)

Scalextric Sport Digital Retro-Fit Microprocessor Board / Chip unit for non DPR cars.

This chip has two wires going in (you connect these to the pickup braids) and two wires coming out (you connect these to the motor), allowing you to convert any standard analogue car to digital.

The following models are more difficult to convert than others:

- SCX and Slot It 4WD cars with a central propshaft (limited space in model)
- Traditional Austin Mini models due to size
- Some open wing cars (e.g. Lotus 7 shape) due to internal space

Most F1 cars and almost all saloon cars have plenty of space for conversion.
