Time Tunnel was established in 1997 as a specialist Toy and Model shop in Hertfordshire, England. We quickly built a solid and enviable reputation for supplying popular brand name products at reasonable prices, combined with the type of service you just cannot receive from a chain store.
In 1999 we were one of the first major UK model shops to open an internet shop where you could actually purchase goods online (at the time most "internet sites" were just advertising pages) and this has been continually developed to the site that you see today.
In 2008, we opened a second shop at Fenton Barns Retail Village in East Lothian, Scotland, and from here we trade today, having decided to close the Hertfordshire store in 2010. We specialise, as we always have, in diecast models from key brands such as Corgi, EFE and Oxford, along with radio control products - including the full Tamiya RC Range - and the popular Hornby Railways and Scalextric system, along with a very wide variety of model kits.
