Can you order by telephone? No, sorry, we do not take telephone orders - all orders should be placed via our website. If you have a query, email us first and we will always respond.

Can I ask you a question by telephone? Yes, call us on 01620 850728. Note though we only answer between 1:30pm and 3:30pm Tuesday to Friday as during other times we are busy dispatching parcels, and that you will need to return to our site to place an order as we do not take telephone orders. If phoning about an order PLEASE have your order number ready or we may not be able to help. If phoning about a product, given we have 10000 items listed, please ensure you have the product number from the title of the product (and not the barcode) ready to quote as "I am calling about the blue Subaru" does not get us anywhere.

Visiting our shop: Our shop is located in Fenton Barns Retail Village near Drem, but several miles outside of North Berwick - despite our postal address. It is approx 15 miles east of Edinburgh. We are open 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Mondays - although mail order goes out as normal on a Monday.
