There are 4 main brands in Slot Racing - Scalextric, SCX, Ninco and Carrera. All the cars work on all the sets - many racers favour Ninco, SCX tend to be a little tougher, Carrera have more detail and specialise in Classic Americana - Scalextric is the obvious choice but not necessarily the best value nowadays, although they have some two car packs which are a steal! |
